CARBON OFFSETS for your travel with Sawback

International and domestic travel bring us so much joy but we recognize a responsibility to be stewards of our environment and contribute to the health of our planet. Purchasing carbon offsets for our travel is one of the ways we choose to act on that responsibility.

We want to offset our emissions generated by our guide’s travel and ensure our guests are offered an opportunity to offset their own travel emissions.

We have recently partnered with a carbon credit online platform called CNaught that helps companies and their customers purchase a diversified portfolio of high-quality offsets.

Click on our travel app here to learn more, and to easily measure and address your travel carbon footprint. Sawback’s Impact Page can be found here.

CNaught

It can be hard to know which carbon offset projects to support. That is why we have partnered with CNaught to develop a carbon offset strategy with a diversified portfolio of high-quality carbon offsets that maximize impact, minimize risk, and encourages innovation.

A portfolio approach to offsets is recommended by the World Economic Forum, and the CNaught portfolio embodies the science-based best practices laid out in Oxford’s Principles for Carbon Offsetting.

Our portfolio evolves automatically over time, emphasizing high-impact projects currently available at scale while investing in new cutting-edge technologies that promise to remove carbon from the atmosphere.
