Registration is a two-part process.
- To participate in any of our trips, present or future, you must accept the terms of our Waiver. To this end please sign and submit our current Waiver (see below). You will also be expected to sign a paper copy at the start of your trip (as well as possibly a similar waiver administered by our partners, e.g. a backcountry ski lodge). By signing this Waiver you also agree that participation in all future trips implies acceptance of the terms of the Waiver, even if that trip differs significantly from the first trip you take with us.
- We also require completion of our Application Form — this should follow after you click “Submit” after a moment. The Application Form contains the name and date of the next trip you will be joining us on, but applies to all future trips with us unless you notify us otherwise. It also includes a booking contract — please read it carefully before signing.

Before completing this Waiver, please ensure you have read carefully through our Payment and Booking Conditions page. This tells you how you can pay, and explains our policies on deposits and cancellation. It also provides links to trip cancellation insurance and other helpful resources. Also, make sure you’ve read carefully through your trip’s information page.

After submitting these forms you will receive a copy delivered to the email address you gave us. Please review these documents to ensure that you understand what you have signed. If you do not receive a copy of these forms or if you have any questions at all please contact us immediately.
