Custom Trip Pricing
If you are looking for a trip that we don’t offer, we can put together a custom itinerary for you, whether it be a single day in the mountains climbing Mount Athabasca, or skiing at Rogers Pass, or a month long expedition to Antarctica with a group of friends. Here’s our basic pricing scheme for day trips. Pricing is subject to change; contact us for a current quote.
All prices exclude 5% GST and gratuities.
1. Pricing for Guiding (2025/26)
- Guide base rate – $700 per day, one or two guests.
- Additional guests – climbing: $125/guest, skiing: $85/guest
- Premiums – $50-$350/day (depending on scope of objective)
- Guide expenses such as a travel allowance or meals may apply to certain itineraries
- Discounts – enquire for rates for shoulder season and short days
- Multi-day trips – enquire for a custom quote.
2. Example Trip Costs
- Multi-Pitch Climbing (8 hrs): $700
- Alpine Day (15 hrs, 2 guests): $1325
- Ski touring (e.g. a day at Rogers Pass) with two people: $700
3. Additional Information
- Gratuities: Suggested 5-10%
- Maximum Ratios:
- Technical Climbing: 1:1 or 1:2
- Ski Touring/Hiking: 1:10
- General Mountaineering: 1:5
- Food: $75/person/day (premium for special diets: add $20/day)
- Equipment: Free technical climbing gear; other equipment may require rental.
- Guest transportation is not included in these prices
- Alpine Club Huts: $50-60/night
